Q.  Where are you situated and  Do you ship outside Western Australia?

A.  We are at 105 Tanner Road, Carmel Perth Western Australia 6076   and we do not ship interstate or overseas.  However if you are overseas or interstate and have a loved one in Perth that is in our delivery postcode zone place an online order and we will deliver.

Q.  What rootstock do you grow on and do you grow bare-root roses?

A.  All our roses are grafted onto ‘fortuniana’ rootstock the best stock for Western Australia’s hot dry sandy conditions.  We don’t grow bare-root roses Perths climate is not conducive, we grow in 200ml pots.

Q.  Do you deliver?

A.  Yes we deliver.  within certain postcode zones with no physical contact.  It may take a few weeks once payment is received due to logistics, but we will stay in touch.

Q.  Where do you deliver to?

A.  Deliveries are subject to your postcode zone.  When placing an online order it will be denied if your location is too far from the nursery in Carmel 6076.  Delivery is limited to PARTS of the Metro area only, as a small family business no delivery is available to country/rural areas however you can organise a courier to collect from the nursery at your cost.

Q.  Do you only sell Roses?

A.  No we sell many varieties of cottage perennials and other plants when in season and available we also sell fertilisers, bagged soil, mulch etc  Please check website often to see what’s in stock.

Q.  Do you have gift vouchers?

A.  We sure do we can email you a gift voucher.

Q.  Can I place an order online and pick up from your nursery?

A.   Yes sure.   Just choose ‘Local Pickup’ on your order, we will contact you when its ready and one of our staff will assist you.

Q.  Is your nursery still open?

A.  Yes we are open.  At this stage we are operating as usual, except over Christmas these details can be found on our home page banner, if you come for a visit please keep your distance and respect the states health laws that are currently in place.

We do not ship interstate or Overseas

There is no guarantee that the date and time requested on a delivery will be met.  The farm is a busy place with many unexpected situations popping up every day  We will endeavour to accommodate the request but unfortunately its often not possible.

Delivery is subject to postcode we do not deliver to all areas of Perth, when placing an order the delivery option will not be available if your postcode is outside of the delivery zone

Please note No refunds will apply  should  you change your mind, a Credit Note will be applied instead

All online Credit Card orders are subject to 1.5% Surcharge flat rate

We do not guarantee that items online are in stock sometimes products sell so quickly that the system doesn’t keep up.

Items that are in stock and ordered online are only reserved once full payment is received, there is no guarantee they will not sell out before payment is received.  If payment is not received within one week of ordering the order is cancelled

The purchaser is responsible for prompt payment we will not contact you until you have paid in full to inform your products are ready for collection or that we are delivering shortly

Delivery  fee is $60.00 no matter how much you purchase

Please note  If a product is out of stock it may be replaced with a similar equivalent item

Please note Roses have a number of flushes throughout the growing season therefore it is not always possible to supply flowering plants.  During winter and very early spring our roses are dormant. They are supplied professionally pruned, fertilised and preventatively sprayed for pests and disease.
